Popular beverage company Suja Juice is moving from Miramar to Oceanside, and more than doubling its corporate space along the way, according to commercial real estate group Cushman & Wakefield.
Suja Juice has signed two, eight-year leases for a combined 171,000 square foot facility in Oceanside’s Ocean Ranch Corporate Center, the news release said.
The San Diego beverage company makes organic cold-pressed juice and recently ranked No. 2 on Forbes’ America’s Most Promising Companies list. Just last month, Coca-Cola Co. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s merchant banking division purchased minority stake in Suja Life LLC.
The new facilities will be located at 3831 and 3841 Ocean Ranch Boulevard and are among the first speculative industrial buildings in North County in almost 10 years.
Suja Life LLC, was represented by Tim Olson of Jones Lang LaSalle. Aric Starck and Dennis Visser of Cushman & Wakefield represented Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust.
The Oceanside industrial market has been very robust with tenant demand over the past year. FedEx, La Cantina Doors and TTL have signed for more than 500,000 square feet combined.
