San Francisco-based Graymark has acquired a Carlsbad office building for $12.2 million, according to commercial brokerage company DTZ.
The seller of the 74,000-square-foot property, at 3209 Lionshead Ave., was LBA Realty of Irvine. The buyer and seller were represented by DTZ’s Rick Reeder, Brad Tecca, Dennis Visser and Aric Starck.
Brokers said this is Graymark’s first purchase in the San Diego market. The property is leased by prAna, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Columbia Sportswear Co.
The building was constructed on 4.56 acres in 2009, according to CoStar Group.
