A buyer recorded as HCP CIP II LLC of Irvine has purchased the 60-unit Heritage at Canyon Pointe Apartments in Escondido for $11 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

The seller of the property at 495-505 San Pasqual Valley Road, which also has condo units, was Heritage Condominiums Escondido LP of Newport Beach. The seller was represented by Darcy Miramontes and Kip Malo of brokerage company JLL.

The property was built on six acres in 1987 and renovated in 2005.
