An affiliate of Cypress Office Properties of San Diego has purchased a four-building office and industrial portfolio in Mira Mesa for $23.5 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

The seller of the properties, totaling 104,539 square feet at 5626, 5627, 5555 and 5601 Oberlin Drive, was an affiliate of Equity Commonwealth Management LLC of Chicago.

The buildings were constructed in 1984 and were fully occupied at the time of sale. The buildings are home to office, manufacturing and research-and-development tenants.
