San Diego-based Cruzan has acquired the Del Mar Corporate Plaza office property in Del Mar Heights for $29.4 million, according to brokerage company DTZ.
The seller of the two-building property, at 12671 High Bluff Drive near Interstate 5, was Coast Income Properties of San Diego. The buyer and seller were represented by DTZ’s Rick Reeder, Brad Tecca, Gary Goss and Ben Schwartz.
Brokers said the Class A, three-story multi-tenant buildings total 73,500 square feet. The property was 93 percent leased leased at the time of sale, by tenants in industries including finance, real estate, law and defense.
DTZ will continue to handle leasing for the property.
