Seismic, which has offices in Solana Beach and Boston, won a Red Herring Top 100 North America award at the Red Herring conference in San Diego, which wrapped up June 3.

JMI Equity and Sigma West have put $24.5 million behind Seismic, according to TechCrunch’s CrunchBase. Doug Winter is Seismic’s CEO.
