San Diego-based developer Sudberry Properties recently completed and opened the first phase of its 612-unit West Park, a $100 million apartment project located at its larger Civita mixed-use development in Mission Valley.
Officials recently began leasing the initial 89 luxury apartments in the development, which also includes a 22-seat theater with stadium seating and plush, oversize chairs. The community also has a game room called The Vault, roof deck lounges with outdoor TVs, and an indoor/outdoor club room with a demonstration kitchen adjoining a landscaped pool and lounge area.
At completion, developers said West Park will include three saltwater pools with cabanas and TVs, a private park with a half-mile jogging trail and exercise stations, and a fitness club with about 10,000 square feet of amenities.
The apartment complex is being built by contractors Reno Construction and Coyle Residential, and was designed by the architectural firm Newman Garrison + Partners.
