Church Buys Miramar Office Building for $3.2 Million

Bread of Life Church has purchased an office building in San Diego’s Miramar neighborhood for $3.2 million, with plans to convert the property for a church and related operations, according to Voit Real Estate Services.

The seller of the four-story, 32,500-square-foot building, at 7084 Miramar Road, was a group headed by Jodi Schnoebelen, represented by Voit’s Brandon Keith and Randy LaChance.

Voit brokers said the seller took ownership through foreclosure in early 2014, spent some time fixing up the property for sale, then listed it with Voit in April 2014. The sale of the property faced challenges related to limited parking, which also affected the price, but zoning allowed brokers to solicit a wide variety of users, including religious services, LaChance said.

The building was constructed on 0.66 acres in 1988, according to CoStar Group.
