Seven C’s Group LLC has purchased Via Frontera Business Park, a two-building industrial property in Rancho Bernardo, for $10.5 million, according to Colliers International, which represented the seller.
The seller of the property, totaling 80,882 square feet at 10965-10993 Via Frontera Drive, was recorded as GCCFC 2007-GG9 Diamond Office LP, and was represented by Colliers’ Mark McEwen, Ted Cuthbert and Matt Zimsky.
The buyer plans to occupy a portion of the property, which was 41 percent occupied at the time of sale. Via Frontera Business Park, a multi-tenant property with industrial and research-and-development space, was built on 6.21 acres in 1982.
