Kyriba Corp. said on April 7 that it received $21 million in series C funding.

The business, based in the University Towne Center area, specializes in software for treasury management, which it offers through the cloud.

HSBC (NYSE: HSBC), the world’s second-largest bank, led the series C round. Existing investors BRED Banque Populaire, Daher Capital, Iris Capital and Upfront Ventures also contributed to the new round.

Kyriba said that it helps nearly 1,000 companies worldwide optimize their cash, manage their risk and better work their capital.

Jean-Luc Roberts is the company’s chairman and CEO.
