Kenamar Group LLC has purchased a Miramar industrial building for approximately $4.3 million, according to Colliers International, which represented the seller.
The seller of the 40,222-square-foot property, at 7737 Kenamar Court, was Providence II Centerpointe LLC, represented by Colliers’ Evan McDonald and Derek Hulse. The buyer was represented by Marc Lipschitz of Canter Companies.
The buyer plans to use the property for manufacturing and office space. The property is part of the four-building Centerpointe Court industrial park, acquired in 2011 by Providence Capital, which has since sold off all four buildings.
The industrial park was built on 7.5 acres in 1985, according to CoStar Group and public data.
