An entity listed as KI-Vista-LPSM LLC has purchased a building at Vista Business Park for $13.55 million, which it is leasing to Escondido-based Stone Brewing Co. for a previously confirmed new distribution center, according to brokerage company Cushman & Wakefield Inc.
The seller of the 128,531-square-foot industrial building, at 2611 Business Park Drive in Vista, was RPM Investments Inc., represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Joe McDermott, Ron King and Bob Willingham.
The buyer was represented by David Pinnegar of Colliers International.
The Vista building was constructed on 9.5 acres in 1999 and previously housed Dimension One Spas. Stone officials said last month that it will serve as a second distribution center to handle the craft beer brewer’s national accounts.
The largest of nearly 90 beer makers based in San Diego County, Stone Brewing also has major expansions in the works in Virginia and Berlin, Germany.
