San Diego-based SENTRE Partners has purchased Escondido Gateway, a 26,000-square-foot office property in Escondido, for $3.7 million, marking the company’s third acquisition this year in North County.

Company officials said the building, at 800 W. Valley Parkway near the Escondido Transit Center, was sold by Clark-Gateway LLC of San Diego. The buyer has engaged brokerage company Cassidy Turley to market and lease the property.

According to CoStar Group, the two-story building was constructed on 1.8 acres in 2003 and is approximately 76 percent leased.
