Connecticut-based Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC bought North County Corporate Center, a five-building industrial and warehouse campus in Vista, for about $57.6 million.
The seller was a unit of JPMorgan Chase & Co., according to brokerage company Cassidy Turley, which represented the buyer and seller. The campus, with buildings totaling 493,898 square feet, is at Progress Street and Joshua Way.
Cassidy Turley’s Aric Starck represented both parties in the transaction, with Rick Putnam and Brett Hardy of Colliers International.
The campus was built on about 33.7 acres in 1999 and last sold for $41 million in 2004, according to CoStar Group.
