Developer Davidson Buys Rancho Santa Fe Lots for $6.2 Million

Homebuilder Davidson Communities of Del Mar has purchased Crosby Enclave, a planned residential development on eight acres in Rancho Santa Fe, for approximately $6.2 million.

The seller of the property, located at the intersection of Del Dios Highway and Bing Crosby Boulevard, was Crosby Enclave LLC, according to brokerage company Colliers International, which represented the buyer and seller.

The planned residential community, located at the entrance to a larger development area known as The Crosby, will include 13 homes on approximately 7,000-square-foot lots. Most of the homes will range from 3,314 to 3,700 square feet.

Colliers brokers David Santistevan, Gunder Creager and Ciara Layne-Trujillo handled the transaction.

Davidson Communities will develop the last production lots within The Crosby, and its project will also be among the last significant developments in the unincorporated community of Rancho Santa Fe, said Santistevan, senior vice president with Colliers International.
