Cubic Corp. has won one project while completing another, the company said May 5.

Cubic (NYSE: CUB) received a contract to provide joint training and exercise support for the U.S. Africa Command, according to the company. The deal, with a single base year and four option years, could be worth $15.3 million. Work will be performed at the command headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany.

Separately, Cubic completed a livestock disaster preparedness program in the Texas Panhandle region. Cubic did the work under an 18-month, $1.4 million deal. The Panhandle Regional Planning Commission chose Cubic to lead the program.
