Solana Beach Office Building Sells for $4.3 Million

Duvivier Construction of Encinitas, recorded as Fair Oaks Valley LLC, has bought a Solana Beach office property known as the Financial Building for $4.3 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

The seller of the 14,141-square-foot building, at 265 Santa Helena, was Lomas Santa Fe Group of Solana Beach, recorded as Propco LP.

The buyer was represented by James Ashcraft and Bill Harp of brokerage Ashcraft Investment Company Inc. Paul Lafrenz and Melissa Foster of CBRE Group Inc. represented the seller.

The property, built on 0.84 acres near Interstate 5 in 1981, was fully leased at the time of the sale. It was bought as part of a 1031 exchange.
