Denali California Faraday Industrial LLC, an entity of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co., has purchased the Carlsbad building housing the corporate headquarters of SKLZ for $21 million.

The seller of the building, at 2081 Faraday Ave., was Biodec LLC, according to a statement from Lincoln Property. The building is fully occupied by SKLZ, a maker of sports training and testing equipment also known as Pro Performance Sports LLC.

Aric Stark, of brokerage company Cassidy Turley, represented Lincoln Property in the transaction. The 150,159-square-foot building is located in the Carlsbad Research Center.

Lincoln Property, which operates 40 regional offices including one in downtown San Diego, has an international portfolio that includes 13 million square feet of Southern California office, industrial and retail properties.

Earlier this year, Lincoln Property acquired a 106,311-square-foot, multitenant industrial building, at 2270 Camino Vida Roble in Carlsbad, for $9.5 million.
