Carlsbad Office Building Sells for $23.4 MillionTuesday, January 14, 2014
Cole Real Estate Investments of Los Angeles has purchased a Carlsbad office building for approximately $23.4 million, according to brokerage services provider Cushman & Wakefield Inc., which represented the seller.
The seller of the property, at 5770 Armada Drive, was LBA Realty of Irvine.
The 81,712-square-foot Class A office property was built in 1998 and is located in the Carlsbad Ranch development near Interstate 5.
The space is currently fully leased to SkinMedica Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Allergan Inc.
