Rose Business Solutions Inc., a San Diego-based business consultancy, said it was acquired by Armanino LLP, an accounting and business consultant firm based in San Ramon.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed, but Rose said its headquarters in San Diego will become an Armanino office, joining its network of offices in San Jose, San Francisco, Portland, Ore., and Naperville, Ill.
CEO Linda Rose said she is leaving the business in good hands. She said she was attracted to Armanino by its core accounting background and progressive organization.
She said she plans to focus her energy as CEO of RoseASP, a full-service application service provider that has been hosting Microsoft Dynamics ERP in the cloud since 2000. The business will remain a separate company and continue to work closely with customers served by both entities, Rose said.
Both companies are recognized as Microsoft Inner Circle Members, or the top 1 percent of Microsoft Dynamics partners in the world, the companies said.
Andy Armanino, managing partner of Armanino, said Rose is well known for its depth of expertise and high quality client service. He said he sees the acquisition as a way to expand the solution set the business offers that will help clients achieve their goals.
