Commercial real estate services provider Cassidy Turley has acquired and merged four former Western affiliate operations into the national company, including the company most recently known as Cassidy Turley San Diego.

Operations in San Diego, Northern California, Arizona and Colorado are now fully owned by Washington, D.C.-based Cassidy Turley.

Financial terms were not disclosed in a statement from the national company. Cassidy Turley officials said the four markets represent a total of 790 personnel, including 475 brokers, and $7.3 billion in transaction volume.

The privately held company said plans to unify the ownership structure have been ongoing for the past three years. CEO Joseph Stettinius said the merger received full shareholder approval in each market, and unification will boost business efficiencies and allow the company to serve clients with greater transparency.

Cassidy Turley has more than 3,800 real estate professionals in more than 60 offices nationwide.
