Pacific View Corporate Center, a two-story Class A office building in Carlsbad — housing tenants SynteractHCR., a company that outsources clinical research, and RF Micro Devices, a company designing and manufacturing high-performance radio frequency solutions — has been sold for $22.3 million to Drawbridge Realty Trust of San Francisco.
The seller was TA Associates Realty, according to a statement from Drawbridge. The property at 5759 Fleet St. is fully leased.
It was built in 1998 and has a total of 80,862 square feet. Brokerage services provider Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the buyer, and C&W Capital Markets represented the seller.
Drawbridge owns a commercial real estate portfolio totaling more than 2 million square feet in California, Texas and Utah, including more than $140 million in acquisitions made during the past year.
