Commercial real estate services firm Cassidy Turley San Diego has acquired San Diego Project Management Services, a local firm led by industry veteran Ron Sutliff.
Financial terms were not disclosed in a statement from Cassidy Turley. The project management firm’s work includes $1 billion in construction projects totaling more than 15 million square feet.
Sutliff and project manager Suzanne Hoffman will work out of Cassidy Turley’s office at University Towne Center.
Gary Helminski, executive managing director of Cassidy Turley, said Sutliff and Hoffman’s work with facility design, in support of corporate business strategies, will enable Cassidy Turley to grow its construction services platform throughout Southern California.
Prior to founding San Diego Project Management Services in 2006, Sutliff was a senior vice president of project management services for the Staubach Co., which is now part of Jones Lang LaSalle. He has worked on local projects for firms including Motorola, NuVasive and Medtronics, as well as several health care facilities and hospitals.
Hoffman specializes in move-management, furniture and location services, and has done projects for clients including Intuit and the law firm Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP.
