Chula Vista Mobile Home Parks Sold for $17.6M

Two contiguous mobile home parks in Chula Vista, with a total of more than 200 spaces, have been sold for a total of approximately $17.6 million.

According to a statement from Colliers International, which represented locally based seller Terry Enterprises, Terry’s Mobile Home Park was acquired by Robert and Brenda Kleege and 411 Quail Run Partners LP for $14.6 million. Kleege Capital and GGP Holdings LLC purchased Broadway Mobile Home Park for $2.98 million.

Terry’s Mobile Home Park, at 677 G Street, has 194 spaces, two apartments, and an R.V. storage lot on 15.48 acres. Broadway Mobile Home Park, at 350 Broadway, includes 71 spaces and two apartments on 3.17 acres.
