Executives Join Boards of Homeless Services Agencies

Father Joe’s Villages and St. Vincent de Paul Village, the related homeless services charities in San Diego, have added 10 members to their boards, bringing board membership to 50.

New members of the Father Joe’s Villages board are:

Ernesto Arredondo, regional president and vice president for Wells Fargo in San Diego;

Adriana Cabré, vice president of human resources for Amylin Pharmaceuticals;

Eric Casazza, chief executive officer of FMT Consultants;

Jim DeLapa, co-founder and president of Kiran Analytics;

Jim Navarra, director of marketing for Jerome’s Furniture; and

James O’Hara, vice president of worldwide sales and business development for LiveOffice.

New to the St. Vincent de Paul Village board are:

Kathy Cusick, co-president of the St. Vincent de Paul Village Ladies Guild;

James Horne, principal of St. Augustine High School;

Caleb McKinley, director of business strategies for ConAm Management Corp. in San Diego; and

Christopher Szot, vice president and financial adviser for Morgan Stanley.

Both boards retain their chairmen. Steve Francis is chairman of Father Joe’s Villages while Vincent Kasperick is chairman of St. Vincent de Paul Villages.

Sister Tricia Cruise is president and CEO of the organizations. Cruise succeeded the Rev. Joe Carroll, better known as Father Joe, in 2011.
