Operators of the College Plaza retail center in Oceanside have obtained $12 million in refinancing, according to the San Diego office of capital services firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, also known as HFF, which arranged the financing.
Owner HP Investors secured a new fixed-rate loan through Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Finance, HFF said in a statement.
College Plaza, at 3514 College Blvd. near Highway 76, was built in 1975 and renovated in 2006. The 92,538-square-foot center is 97 percent leased, with tenants including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Grocery Outlet, Starbucks and Verizon Wireless.
