Balfour Beatty Makes National, Regional Leadership ChangesFriday, November 2, 2012
Balfour Beatty Construction has promoted Eric Stenman, the company’s Southwest Division president since 2007, to the national position of Chief of Enterprise Development. The company said Stenman will maintain his office in San Diego and oversee Balfour Beatty’s “national capability center,” focused on issues including integrated project delivery, sustainability and business segments such as health care.
Stenman has appointed Brian Cahill as the new Southwest Division president in San Diego, overseeing Southern California and Arizona market operations.
The company also named Dale Pellow as chief executive officer of its West Region, overseeing operations for Balfour Beatty and its Howard S. Wright construction services division in California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington.
Balfour Beatty Construction, with U.S. headquarters in Dallas, is part of the global construction services firm Balfour Beatty Plc, based in London.
