Chula Vista Medical Plaza Sells for $24.6M
Monday, May 21, 2012Griffin-American Healthcare REIT of Newport Beach has purchased Centre Medical Plaza in Chula Vista for $24.6 million, CoStar Group reported May 16.
The seller was Grasela Investments LLC of San Diego. The two-building medical property, with a total of 74,944 square feet of space, is located on 3.75 acres at 855-865 Third Ave.
It was built in 1995 and 2001. Tenants include Profile Institute for Clinical Research, Children’s Primary Care Medical, and the state of California.
Brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, and the buyer represented itself.
