Point Loma Shopping Center Sells for $24M

Glasshouse Square, a neighborhood retail center at 3146 Sports Arena Blvd. in San Diego, has been sold for $24 million, according to data reported May 8 by CoStar Group.

The buyer was Rosecrans Plaza Kiffmann LLC of San Diego, and the seller was Great American Capital of Las Vegas.

The center consists of four buildings totaling 101,818 square feet. It is fully leased, with tenants including Staples, Ultrazone and Gold’s Gym. The property was built in 1981 and renovated in 1983.

Brokerage firm Pacific Coast Commercial represented the buyer, and Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
