Walton Street Capital LLC of Chicago has purchased a National City office building, known as South Bay Corporate Center, for $16.6 million, CoStar Group reported June 26. The seller was Textron Financial Corp. of Providence, R.I.

The 198,198-square-foot building, located on 11.2 acres at 401 Mile of Cars Way, was built in 1983. The transaction closed in late May, according to CoStar.

The buyer was represented by brokerage firm Jones Lang LaSalle, and the seller was represented by JLL and Cassidy Turley San Diego.
