Four industrial buildings at Centerpointe Tech Center, located in San Diego’s Miramar submarket, have been sold for approximately $10.1 million, according to a June 4 statement from the brokerage firm Colliers International.

Colliers represented the buyer, Providence II Centerpointe LLC, and the seller, Brentcrest Associates, a California limited partnership registered in Santa Monica.

The buildings, totaling 152,513 square feet of “flex” building space, are at 7710, 7720, 7737 and 7740 Kenamar Court. The Centerpointe complex was approximately 46 percent leased at the time of sale, and Colliers has been retained as leasing brokers for the project.
