Chula Vista Apartment Communities Sold for $77M
Monday, December 24, 2012San Francisco-based Jackson Square Properties LLC has purchased two Chula Vista apartment communities totaling 416 units for $77 million.
The 233-unit Terra Nova Villas and 183-unit Canyon Villa were acquired from BRE Properties Inc., also based in San Francisco, according to a statement from the San Diego office of brokerage firm Cushman &Wakefield, which handled the transaction.
Terra Nova Villas was built in 1985 on nearly 13 acres at 440 East H St.
Canyon Villa, built in 1981, consists of 35 buildings on approximately eight acres at 601 Telegraph Canyon Road.
