National City Hotel Sold for $11.6M
Thursday, December 20, 2012Brighton Management of Diamond Bar has purchased the 180-room Clarion Hotel in National City for $11.65 million, according to CoStar Group.
The seller was San Diego-based Pacifica Cos. Hospitality Unlimited Investments represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.
The 82,967-square-foot property was built in 1990 on 1.5 acres at 700 National City Blvd.
