Armory Building Gets New Owner in $7M Deal
Monday, December 3, 2012A Sorrento Valley industrial building housing a U.S. Army Reserves armory has been acquired by locally based Peckham Family Trust for approximately $7 million, according to CoStar Group. The seller was Marquis Property Co. of Malibu.
The Army Reserves is the primary tenant of the 40,782-square-foot property at 11620-11630 Sorrento Valley Road. It was built in 1963 and renovated in 2005.
Brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, and CFI represented the seller.
