WD-40 Co., the San Diego maker of all-purpose lubricants and other household products, reported Oct. 17 fourth-quarter net income of $10.2 million, up 48 percent from the like quarter of 2010.
For the full fiscal year ended Aug. 31, WD-40 reported net income of $36.4 million, up 5 percent from last year, on revenue of $336.4 million, which was up 1 percent from the 2010 fiscal year. It expects fiscal 2012 year sales to range from $353 million to $370 million. Net income is expected to range from $37.2 million to $39.2 million, and diluted per share earnings from $2.28 to $2.40.
