Taisin America has purchased 14,000 square feet of industrial space at 1202 Piper Ranch Road in Otay Mesa for $1.4 million. Regan Tully of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer and seller, BCL-Otay Mesa.

A 3.89-acre parcel of land has been sold at the intersection of San Marcos Boulevard and Las Posas Road in San Marcos for an undisclosed amount. The land is across from Edwards San Marcos Stadium 18, and the lot will be used to build a mixed-use residential, office and retail project. Matt Weaver, Rusty Williams and Dan Gaston of Lee & Associates brokered both sides of the transaction.

Chuze Fitness has leased 16,000 square feet of retail space at 421 W. Felicita Ave., Suite 21, in Escondido from Centro Properties Group. The five-year, six-month lease is valued at $1 million. Chad Iafrate of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessee. Gabriella Samperio of Centro Properties Group represented the lessor.
