San Diego-based SAIC said Sept. 13 that it has been awarded a contract to provide systems support to Air Force Space Command. The contract, which has a base period of four months and four one-year options, has a ceiling value of $49.5 million.
Also known as Science Applications International Corp., SAIC will lead a team of subcontractors to provide technical services to the command as needed.
SAIC trades on the New York Stock Exchange under SAI. Shares closed Sept. 14 at $18.53.
