TIG jumps to Germany

Technology Integration Group has established its first international office, in Heidelberg, Germany.

The San Diego company said it plans to support the Department of Defense’s technology needs throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. TIG also plans to develop new business in the region.

In a statement issued July 13, company officials said they plan to offer a wide range of information technology products and services. The solutions provided will range from the desktop to the data center with emphasis on network infrastructure and military solutions.

TIG has 19 offices across the United States and more than 24 years of experience in technology integration.

In June, TIG acquired Networks Plus Technology Group, a national technology consulting company also based in San Diego. The acquisition will expand services offered by TIG. The expanded services include an information technology products remanufacturing and refurbishing operation, in addition to increased expertise and personnel in areas such as network security, network storage, network management and technical staffing.
