Prudential California Realty has announced the addition of attorney Mark Eckel to its staff. Eckel brings more than seven years of negotiation experience to Prudential.

Prudential also has appointed two new associates to its marina office downtown. Lisa Erb has been a real estate professional for five years. Brian Borkum, who began his real estate career overseas, has represented buyers and sellers in San Diego County for 20 years.

GVA IPC Commercial Real Estate has announced the addition of Anthony Norris to its Carlsbad office. Norris specializes in the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties throughout San Diego County.

Sperry Van Ness has expanded into a full-service commercial real estate firm with the addition of Charlie Boukather. He will be responsible for handling owner and tenant representation and lease negotiations for retail and office property in North San Diego County and expanding into the downtown area.

Stewart Title of California has named Ron Howarth to the position of senior vice president, south metro district commercial/subdivision manager. In addition to leading the Orange County commercial, builder and special projects teams, Howarth now manages commercial and builder sales and service activities for the company’s Imperial, Inland Empire and San Diego divisions.

Technology and Manufacturing

Lender Support Systems Inc. has announced the addition of Teesh Yalamanchili as the company’s product marketing manager. With more than 10 years of marketing experience, Yalamanchili will be responsible for conducting technical market research and product analysis as well as communicating product updates to internal and external teams at LSSI.

Eset has appointed Darin Andersen to the position of chief operating officer. Andersen, who has served as a special advisor at Eset since 2005, brings more than 15 years of experience to his new role. He will work closely on strategic business development, manage the company’s daily operations and ensure alignment among executive management on business priorities.
